About the Role
We are looking for a well-spoken, organised and responsible Receptionist & Stock Records Executive to manage our reception/front desk while also maintaining accurate records of stock movement.
The candidate will be responsible for recording incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining computer-based records, handling visitors and calls, and ensuring that all information is properly documented.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on a computer, have good handwriting and attention to detail, and communicate politely and professionally with customers, staff, suppliers and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception and front desk of the company.
- Receive and attend to visitors, customers and suppliers professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Record stock movement in registers and/or computer systems.
- Verify stock details before recording entries.
- Coordinate with the concerned departments regarding stock movement.
- Maintain daily stock movement records and submit reports when required.
- Enter and update data accurately on the computer.
- Maintain Excel sheets and other company records.
- Ensure that stock entries are made on time and without errors.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing.
- Assist management and other departments with basic computer and record-keeping work.
- Inform management about discrepancies or missing stock information.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of computers and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good handwriting and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate written and computerised records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be well-spoken, polite and presentable.
- Should be organised and disciplined.
- Ability to follow systems and instructions properly.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Prior experience in reception, stock recording, data entry or office administration is an advantage.

Salary
Salary will be negotiable based on experience and capabilities.
