Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Employee Experience Intern for 6 month duration with a possibility of on-boarding to support various employee engagement, workplace experience and HR coordination initiatives. The intern will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of employee activities, vendor coordination, internal communication and operational support for employee-centric programs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, managing events, coordinating with stakeholders and creating a positive workplace experience. The intern will work closely with the HR and leadership teams on projects that improve employee satisfaction, participation, collaboration and workplace effectiveness.
Key Exposure areas will include:
Employee Engagement & Experience
- Coordinate and support the execution of employee engagement activities, celebrations and wellness initiatives.
- Assist with logistics, venue coordination, communication, participation tracking, and post-event feedback analysis.
- Support reward & recognition programs and engagement calendars to enhance employee participation and morale.
Vendor Coordination
- Identify and coordinate with vendors for employee engagement activities, events, training programs, wellness initiatives, and gifting.
- Compare quotations, assist in vendor finalization, and maintain vendor records and follow-ups.
Internal Tool & Administrative Support
- Support management of the employee engagement platform by uploading content, surveys, polls, announcements and recognition activities.
- Assist in handling SAP and other ERP-related activities, including data management, coordination, and basic system support.
- Track participation, generate reports and dashboards, and assist employees with tool-related queries.
- Support procurement, inventory management and logistics related to employee activities and engagement materials.
Communication & Reporting
- Draft employee communication emails, announcements and engagement content.
- Maintain engagement trackers, participation records, feedback data, reports, and documentation.
Employee Insights & Research
- Conduct benchmarking and research on employee experience trends and best practices.
- Analyze employee feedback and suggest improvement opportunities.
- Support HR analytics and reporting related to employee engagement
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Creativity and enthusiasm for employee engagement activities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
- Attention to detail and ownership mindset
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Postgraduate pursuing or completed in HR, Management or Psychology.
- Prior internship or event coordination experience will be an added advantage
