Position: AI Tutor / AI Instructor
We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, and student-focused AI Tutors who are exceptional educators first and AI professionals second. The ideal candidate should be able to make learning enjoyable, simplify complex concepts, inspire curiosity, and create an engaging classroom environment where students actively participate and build confidence.
Responsibilities
- Teach Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python, and related technologies through online and offline sessions.
- Deliver highly engaging, interactive, and project-based learning experiences.
- Explain complex AI concepts in a simple, practical, and student-friendly manner.
- Create a positive, energetic, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation.
- Capture and maintain students' attention using creative and effective teaching methods.
- Mentor and motivate students to build real-world AI projects.
- Support students in innovation challenges, research projects, hackathons, and competitions.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, assessments, and learning resources.
- Continuously evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI and educational technology.
- Attend and represent the organization in webinars, workshops, seminars, and educational events whenever required.
Required SkillsTeaching & Communication (Highest Priority)
- Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to school and college students.
- Strong management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to capture and maintain students' attention throughout the session.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring young learners.
- Confident public speaking and storytelling abilities.
- Patient, approachable, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
- Professional attitude with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel and attend webinars, workshops, and educational events when required.
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python, and Generative AI
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Notebook LM, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, chatgpt or similar AI technologies.
- Ability to guide students in developing practical AI applications and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or conducting workshops for students is highly preferred.
- Experience delivering interactive classroom sessions, webinars, or educational programs is an added advantage.
- AI certifications or relevant project experience are a plus.

- Candidates should be based in Vijayawada.
- Candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate to Vijayawada are welcome to apply.
