Full job description

Handling the Hiring, Onboarding, Reviewing, Appraisal, Relieving and other human resource practices of an organisation.
Ability to find new team members and fill vacate positions on time, by liaising with various methods for recuritment.
Ability to manage human resources of the organisation in the form of management policies in work culture, team welfare & work ethics and review the above based on the reports & structure available at management disposal.
Ability to bring in innovative ideas & best practices regarding the Human resource culture in an organisation as per management Vision & Mission.
Ability to nurture and motivate the team members and bring the best out them in their work life.
Ability to deploy and review work standards as per management requirement in all aspects.
Ability to do External Government body work as per the management policy
