We are looking for passionate and skilled dentists to join our growing clinical team across our Nungambakkam, R.A. Puram and Gopalapuram centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Perform general dental procedures including restorations, scaling, extractions and other routine treatments.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care and treatment options.
- Maintain high standards of clinical quality, infection control and patient safety.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, expected outcomes and costs clearly to patients.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of patient records.
- Coordinate with specialists and other clinical team members for comprehensive treatment.
- Build strong, professional relationships with patients and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Follow clinic protocols, ethical standards and applicable dental regulations.
- Contribute to the overall growth and reputation of the dental center.
Candidate Profile
- BDS / MDS from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Dental Council of India / relevant State Dental Council.
- Fresh graduates and experienced dentists may apply.
- Good clinical skills and sound knowledge of general dentistry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-centric approach with professional and ethical conduct.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary dental team.
- Willingness to learn, develop clinical skills and take responsibility for patient outcomes.
