Job Title: HR & Admin
Experience: Min. 1.5 - 3 Years
Location: Chhata, UP

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate employee records, support payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
Oversee daily factory administrative activities including documentation, record-keeping, and coordination between departments.
Monitor and manage attendance, leave records, shift rosters, overtime, and statutory registers.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, company guidelines, performance management and appraisal processes
Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, supporting disciplinary processes, and promoting a positive, professional workplace culture and staff welfare initiatives
Coordinate with vendors and external agencies when required.

Key Requirements:

Graduate in Human Resources / Commerce / Administration or a related discipline
Min. 1 years of experience in payroll, attendance management and employee engagement.
Working knowledge of payroll coordination, HR documentation, attendance systems, and MS Excel.
Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and good communication abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
