About the Role

Samta Research Alliance Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of GST, bookkeeping, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain financial records.
Manage GST-related work, including invoicing and compliance.
Monitor and record daily incoming payments and transactions.
Maintain and update customer and financial data on the CRM system.
Reconcile accounts and ensure timely documentation.
Prepare reports and assist in monthly financial activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or related qualification.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in accounting.
Experience with GST filing and accounting processes is preferred.

Required Skills

Working knowledge of GST and basic accounting principles.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good analytical and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
