Job Description – HR Manager

Location: Wakad, Pune
Experience: 2-3 Years
Industry: Real Estate
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage and drive end-to-end HR functions for our organisation. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, employee management, HR operations, performance management, and building a positive workplace culture.

Candidates with prior experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Work closely with department heads and leadership to understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.
Develop and maintain effective HR policies, processes, and systems.
Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and help build a positive and productive work culture.
Address employee concerns and grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and other HR operations.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management.
Support learning, development, training, and employee growth initiatives.
Work with leadership on workforce planning and organisational development.
Assist in developing employee retention strategies and improving overall employee experience.

Requirements

4–7 years of experience in HR/People Management.
Prior experience as an HR Manager / HRBP / Senior HR professional.
Experience handling end-to-end HR functions.
Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of performance management and HR operations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR priorities.
Real estate / PropTech industry experience is preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable working from Wakad, Pune.
