Full job description

ARCOT SRI MAHALAKSHMI WOMEN'S COLLEGE OF EDUCATION is looking for an efficient and organized Office Staff member with strong computer knowledge and typing skills in both English and Tamil. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a school or college setting. Key responsibilities include managing office documents, handling official correspondence in both languages, performing data entry, updating databases, and preparing various reports. The candidate will also assist with phone calls, emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining student records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and typing skills (minimum 40 WPM in both English and Tamil) are required. Additionally, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential. Previous experience in an educational environment and knowledge of basic bookkeeping or administrative accounting tasks would be an advantage.
