Yashodeep Knowledge Hub is looking for a highly organized, responsible, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to the Chairman to provide executive-level administrative, communication, coordination, and follow-up support.

Position : Personal Assistant to Chairman

Department: Chairman's Office / Management

Job Location : Yashodeep Knowledge Hub, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and official commitments.
Coordinate and communicate with Principals, Administrative Officers, HODs, faculty, staff, students, parents, vendors, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman.
Handle official calls, emails, messages, letters, and correspondence.
Prepare official letters, notices, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and Minutes of Meetings (MOM).
Maintain a proper record of the Chairman’s meetings, decisions, instructions, and follow-up activities.
Communicate the Chairman’s instructions to concerned departments and ensure timely follow-up and completion of assigned tasks.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports on important institutional activities.
Coordinate meetings between the Chairman and management team, principals, staff, government officials, university representatives, industry professionals, and other important visitors.
Maintain confidential documents, records, discussions, and information related to the Chairman and management.
Assist the Chairman in monitoring academic, administrative, admissions, HR, marketing, infrastructure, and institutional development activities.
Coordinate and follow up on important institutional projects and management decisions.
Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, seminars, events, inspections, visits, and official programs.
Maintain and update important Excel sheets, databases, reports, contact lists, and management records.
Conduct research and collect information whenever required by the Chairman.
Track pending matters and provide regular reminders and updates to the Chairman.
Maintain professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Handle sensitive and confidential matters with complete professionalism and discretion.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Chairman.

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good command of English , Hindi and Marathi communication.
Excellent drafting, documentation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Previous experience will be preferred.
