About the Role

We looking for a creative and responsible Content Writer who can develop clear, engaging, and well-researched content for different clients and industries. The role will involve working closely with the digital marketing, design, business, and social-impact teams.

Key Responsibilities

Write engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, articles, campaigns and marketing materials.
Develop social media captions, headlines, taglines and campaign copy.
Write and edit website content, company profiles, brochures, presentations and promotional materials.
Research topics and convert information into simple, reader-friendly content.
Create content for corporate, NGO, CSR, social-impact and development-sector projects.
Assist in writing case studies, success stories, project documentation and impact stories.
Prepare basic SEO-friendly website and blog content using relevant keywords.
Coordinate with graphic designers and digital marketers to develop campaign content.
Adapt the tone and writing style according to different brands, audiences and platforms.
Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, clarity and accuracy.
Verify facts, names, statistics and claims before publication.
Use AI-assisted writing and research tools responsibly while ensuring that the final content is original, accurate and human-reviewed.
Manage multiple content assignments and meet deadlines.

Required Skills

Strong command of written English, Bengali & Hindi.
Good grammar, vocabulary and proofreading skills.
Ability to write both short-form and long-form content.
Good research and information-organizing ability.
Understanding of social media and digital content.
Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword-based writing.
Ability to understand a client brief and convert it into effective content.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar content/research tools is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Humanities or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of content writing experience preferred.
Freshers with strong writing ability and a good portfolio may also be considered.
Candidates with agency, digital marketing, corporate communication, NGO or CSR content experience will have an advantage.

What We Will Evaluate

Candidates will primarily be evaluated on writing quality, grammar, creativity, research ability, content structure, understanding of audience, accuracy, and ability to work from a brief.

A short practical writing test may be conducted as part of the selection process.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
