Job Title: Junior HR

Location: Amta

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring and Maintain the Wage sheet and official work.

Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit, manpower such as Operators, Helpers, Firemen, Technicians, Electricians, Welders, Fitters, and other skilled/semi-skilled/ unskilled workers.
Coordinate with site management to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely deployment.
Maintain candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Handle joining formalities and coordinate with candidates until onboarding.
Develop local recruitment networks and vendor relationships for continuous manpower sourcing.

Required Qualifications

12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in industrial, manufacturing Com..
Ability to work under pressure and meet manpower deadlines.

Reporting To: Senior Management

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
