Company Description

TechnoStruct, LLC is an emerging player in the Design and Construction technology space, delivering localized Engineering and BIM/VDC services across the construction spectrum. The company focuses on engineering design optimization, minimizing design conflicts, and reducing errors by producing precise, synchronized engineering documents. Its VDC offerings support efficient processes, stronger collaboration, better-informed decisions, and faster interpretation of design and inputs.

Role and Responsibilities

3D Modeling: Create and maintain detailed 3D electrical models including panels, distribution boards, transformers, cable trays, conduit routing, and lighting fixtures using Autodesk Revit MEP.Drafting & Documentation: Produce 2D shop drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematic layouts, and material schedules from the model.

Clash Detection: Run interdisciplinary clash coordination checks using Navisworks or cloud platforms to resolve conflicts with architectural, structural, and mechanical services.

Design Coordination: Attend coordination meetings and work with other engineering disciplines to ensure layout integrity and alignment with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)

Required Skills

Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related technical discipline.

Experience: 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical BIM modeling and construction drawing production.

Software Skills: Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; familiarity with tools like Dynamo is a plus.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
