Innofied Solutions is looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join its growing team. This job role is for one of their products, AllRide Apps (www.allrideapps.com), a SaaS-based software with smart technologies and AI capabilities for the Transport and Delivery businesses.

What you'll be doing:
As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you lead the Engineering, Product and Design teams, ensuring our product vision, and technical implementation. We have been working on this product suite for more than one year and we already have multiple customers for the product.
You partner closely with the CEO and the executive team to drive organizational alignment, empowering cross functional teams to continue building the ecosystem.
Technology:

Lead our present development team - project manager, product analyst, team leads, designers, front end and back end developers, and quality analysts

Provide expert strategy on the way forward for AllRide's technology products

Build new features and outputs for the AllRide Platform

Expand and modify existing outputs to maximize value for clients.

Lead API data integrations with partner tools

Assist in mobile app conceptualization, design, and execution

Work with the customers - SMEs and Enterprises to come up with efficient solutions

We are looking for a technical leader who has a deep computer science and software engineering background. You have spent time building and scaling software at tech-focused companies, where you are seen as the go-to technical leader by your peers. You enjoy building and shipping best-in-class software that solves important problems for your customers.

5+ years of experience in an engineering leadership position, building and leading strong engineering teams

Strong software-oriented background/acumen, preferably with specific SaaS experience

Demonstrated technical leadership experience

Good to have knowledge of the following tech stack: PHP, Laravel, AWS, SQL, Flutter, Angular, CI/CD, Map technologies, IoT/AI

Experience in hiring

Experience with building and launching high quality products from ideation to iteration

Expert understanding of API compatibilities among various software applications and ability to successfully integrate real-time data sources.

Proficient in UX/UI development as well as backend development

High-level understanding of mobile app development and integration with the Platform to deliver exciting and useful outputs to subscribers
