Hiring – Godown Manager
Inventory & Stock Management
Stock Accuracy: Maintain precise records of all raw materials, components, and finished goods using logbooks or Excel software.
Stock Audits: Conduct regular physical verification and cycle counts to prevent discrepancies.
Space Optimization: Design and implement layout systems to maximize storage capacity and ensure easy retrieval of materials.
Reorder Control: Monitor stock levels to alert the procurement team before critical materials run out, avoiding factory downtime.
Inbound & Outbound Logistics
Production Line Issuance: Issue raw materials to the production department strictly based on material requisitions.
Documentation & Team Supervision
Record Keeping: Generate and maintain essential documentation, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery notes, gate passes, and invoices & billing.
Staff Management: Supervise, schedule, and train godown laborers, loaders, and operators.
Inter-departmental Coordination: Share daily or weekly stock movement reports with management, finance, and manufacturing heads.
Language Known- Hindi, English, Bengali.
Packing and Dispatches maintain.. GODOWN management and Tally Knowledge..Key Responsibilities:
Manage machine operators & helpers across shifts
Ensure production targets, quality standards & delivery timelines
Monitor machine utilization, breakdowns & coordinate with maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety, quality
Maintain production reports, shift logs & manpower records
Coordinate with production planning, quality & stores department
Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience)
