Full job description

We are seeking a warm, sophisticated, and service-oriented Store Client Relationship Executive to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience for every client visiting our Luxury Clothing Store. The ideal candidate will act as the face of the brand, ensuring that each guest is welcomed with personalized attention, receives world-class hospitality, and leaves with a memorable shopping experience. This role is also responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with existing clientele, driving customer loyalty, and supporting client engagement initiatives that strengthen the brand's premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities: Luxury Client Experience

Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and personalized attention, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the boutique.
Create a luxurious and comfortable in-store environment by anticipating client needs and delivering exceptional hospitality.
Coordinate refreshments, lounge experiences, private appointments, and VIP services where applicable.
Ensure every touchpoint reflects the brand's standards of elegance, exclusivity, and personalized service.
Escort clients through their boutique journey, ensuring seamless coordination with fashion consultants and stylists.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and personalized engagement.
Maintain an updated CRM database, including customer preferences, purchase history, sizes, special occasions, and lifestyle information.
Conduct follow-up calls and messages after purchases to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
Reach out to clients regarding new collections, exclusive previews, bespoke appointments, seasonal launches, and private shopping events.
Identify VIP clients and provide personalized services tailored to their preferences.

Customer Service Excellence

Ensure every client receives prompt, courteous, and attentive service throughout their boutique visit.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently, escalating issues where necessary.
Collect client feedback and share insights with the boutique management team to continuously enhance the customer experience.
Monitor client satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve service quality.

Boutique Operations Support

Coordinate appointment schedules for styling consultations, fittings, and bespoke services.
Support the sales team in delivering a seamless customer journey without interrupting the luxury shopping experience.
Maintain boutique ambience by ensuring reception, client lounge, and consultation areas remain immaculate and welcoming.
Assist with client check-ins, event registrations, and VIP guest management during boutique events.

Client Engagement & Events

Support the planning and execution of exclusive client events, collection launches, trunk shows, and private shopping experiences.
Invite and confirm attendance of clients for brand events and promotional activities.
Foster brand loyalty by creating memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Reporting & Administration

Maintain accurate client interaction records within the CRM system.
Prepare reports on customer engagement activities, follow-ups, client retention, and feedback.
Track client appointments, event participation, and relationship-building initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Retail Management, Fashion Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, premium customer service, client relationship management, or concierge services.
Experience in luxury fashion, jewellery, couture, premium lifestyle brands, or hospitality is highly preferred.
