Role Overview:
As Sundew continues to expand its global footprint, we are seeking a visionary Vice President – Marketing to lead the organization's overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, and market expansion initiatives.
This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities who can build high-impact marketing programs, strengthen Sundew's global brand, drive qualified business opportunities, and lead a high-performing marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership
Define and execute Sundew's global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
Develop long-term marketing roadmaps to strengthen brand positioning and market presence.
Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and industry trends to drive sustainable growth.

2. Brand Strategy & Corporate Positioning
Build and strengthen Sundew's global brand across digital and offline channels.
Lead corporate communications, thought leadership, PR initiatives, analyst relations, and employer branding.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.

3. Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
Drive integrated marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, pipeline creation, and customer acquisition.
Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting enterprise clients.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, webinars, and paid campaigns.

4. Revenue & Performance Ownership
Own marketing KPIs including Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), pipeline contribution, customer acquisition, and marketing ROI.
Monitor campaign performance through analytics and data-driven insights.
Present business performance, marketing dashboards, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

5. Market Expansion & Strategic Partnerships
Develop go-to-market strategies for new service offerings and global markets.
Build strategic alliances with technology partners, industry associations, and ecosystem partners.
Represent Sundew at industry conferences, leadership forums, webinars, and client engagements.

6. Leadership & Team Development
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing organization.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Establish scalable marketing processes, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:
15+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in B2B IT Services, Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting, SaaS, or Enterprise Solutions.
Strong expertise in brand strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, ABM, product marketing, and corporate communications.
Demonstrated success in building marketing functions that contribute directly to business growth and revenue.
Experience managing global marketing initiatives across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC markets.
Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and modern digital marketing technologies.
Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
MBA with specialization in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
