Key Responsibilities
Assist in ensuring compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, CDSL, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Support statutory and secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
Prepare notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions for Board and Committee meetings.
Maintain statutory registers, records, and corporate secretarial documentation.
Coordinate regulatory filings and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.
Track compliance calendars and ensure adherence to regulatory deadlines.
Liaise with internal departments, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Assist in drafting compliance reports, policies, and internal documentation.
Stay updated with changes in regulatory, corporate governance, and stock market compliance requirements.
Eligibility
Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS pursuing Executive level or 21 Months of Traning ).
2+ years of experience in Secretarial and Compliance functions.
Good understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, Corporate Governance, and Statutory Compliances.
Experience in the Stock Broking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services industry is preferred.
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Working days
Monday to Saturday – Work from Office
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Weekly Off: All Sundays. Employees will be eligible for one additional Saturday off every month upon successful completion of the probation period.
