Roles & Responsibilities

Purchase and bring required office/site items as instructed.
Assist in purchasing stationery, groceries, refreshments and other daily requirements.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water and refreshments to employees and visitors.
Ensure drinking water is available throughout the day.
Arrange tea, coffee, snacks and refreshments for meetings and visitors.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms before meetings.
Keep pantry and refreshment areas clean and organized.
Support housekeeping in maintaining cleanliness of common areas when required.
Collect and deliver documents, files and other materials as instructed.
Assist employees with basic office requirements.
Help with loading, unloading and arranging office materials when required.
Check the availability of regular office supplies and inform the concerned person when stocks are low.
Maintain bills/receipts for items purchased and submit them to the concerned person.
Handle errands such as bank, courier, stationery or other office-related work when assigned.
Assist in arranging furniture, chairs, tables and other items for meetings or events.
Support site/office arrangements during events and special activities.
Ensure visitors and employees receive basic assistance when required.
Follow instructions from the Admin/HR or reporting manager.
Maintain punctuality, discipline and professional behaviour at the workplace.
Support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office/site.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
