Job Title: Sustainability & Environmental Intern
Location: Hybrid (Online & Offline)
Duration: [3–6 Months]
Department: Sustainability / Environment / EHS / Compliance
Reporting To: Environmental / Compliance Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sustainability & Environmental Intern to support our environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates from MBA, MSc, Environmental, or Food Engineering backgrounds who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in both on-site and remote work environments.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in environmental compliance and regulatory documentation
Support ESG and sustainability reporting
Research environmental regulations and industry standards
Collect, analyze, and maintain environmental data and reports
Support on-site audits, inspections, and environmental assessments
Assist in documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks (online & offline)
Maintain records of permits, certifications, and compliance documents
Support waste management and sustainability initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

MBA / MSc / B.Tech / M.Tech in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Food Engineering, Sustainability, or related field
Strong interest in sustainability, ESG, or environmental compliance
Willingness to work in both remote and on-site environments
Good analytical, research, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of environmental laws, EHS, or ESG frameworks
Understanding of food safety and environmental impact (for Food Engineering candidates)
Ability to interpret regulatory and technical documents
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
