About Position:
The developer will work across a broad set of Salesforce capabilitiesincluding Sales Cloud, automation, integrations, and analytics?to support ongoing business demand. This role is critical in enabling internal team capacity to focus on strategic initiatives by ensuring day-to-day development and enhancement work continues to move forward efficiently.

What You'll Do:
- Provide L2 support for implemented Salesforce applications (24/7 support model)
- Focus on configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Salesforce orgs
- Act as a bridge between L2 and L3 teams for complex issues and code changes
- Salesforce Configuration & Administration
- Configure and manage:
- Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes
- Validation Rules, Email Notifications, Email Templates
- Manage reports and dashboards using Salesforce Report Builder
- Handle:
- Custom fields, labels, page layouts, profiles
- List views and picklist value updates
- User administration:
- User setup, profiles, permission sets
- OWD, sharing rules, and field-level security
- Configure AppExchange applications
- Investigate and resolve user-reported issues within SLA
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents
- Coordinate with L3 team for required code changes
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits
- Handle:
- Missing data uploads/extractions (CSV)
- Single Sign-On (SSO) management
- Data, Reporting & Operations
- Manage lead and case routing rules
- Maintain reports, dashboards, and monitoring systems
- Perform data loads and data maintenance activities
- Support onboarding, provisioning, and KTLO (Keep The Lights On) activities
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Prepare test data and conduct unit/module testing
- Support QA testing and defect resolution
- Perform QA validation of solutions in UAT (developed by Admins/Devs)
- Ensure adherence to quality control processes
- Development & Documentation
- Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements
- Configure or develop solutions as per specifications
- Contribute to deployment and technical documentation
- Maintain compliance with standards and best practices
- Tools & Monitoring
- Setup, monitor, and resolve:
- Gearset Code Quality
- Clayton functionality (if applicable)
- Support defect remediation and enhancements

- KPIs / Work Allocation
- KTLO activities (onboarding, provisioning, data loads, issue resolution): 50%
- QA validation (UAT support): 25%
- Monitoring & resolving Gearset/Clayton issues: 25%
- Salesforce Administration: Solid grasp of configuration, security, user management, and declarative tools.
