Position: Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager – International Sales (USA, Canada & Latin America)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced International Sales Professional to drive business development and
revenue growth across North America and Latin America markets (USA, Canada, Mexico & LATAM).
The role will focus on expanding Data Center, OEM, and Channel Partner business in the Electrical &
Electronic Components industry.
The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business
opportunities, and managing key international accounts to achieve aggressive export growth
targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. International Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in USA, Canada, Mexico and LATAM
markets.
Drive sales growth in Data Centers, OEM customers, and Channel Partner networks.
Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for international markets.
Achieve export sales targets and profitability objectives.
2. Key Account Management
Manage and grow relationships with large OEM customers, distributors, and channel
partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic international customers.
Develop long-term partnership strategies to increase market share.
3. Channel & Distributor Development
Identify, appoint and manage distributors and channel partners across the region.
Develop partner engagement programs, sales incentives, and joint business plans.
Support partners with technical and commercial proposals.
4. Sales Operations & Commercial Management
Lead the preparation of quotations, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.
Coordinate with operations, supply chain, logistics, and finance teams for export order
execution.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation.
5. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Conduct market research on competitor products, pricing, industry trends, and customer
requirements.
Identify growth opportunities in emerging segments such as Data Centers, EV
infrastructure, renewable energy and industrial automation.
Provide market insights to support product development and strategic planning.
6. Marketing & Lead Generation
Work with marketing teams to develop international marketing campaigns.
Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits.
Support digital marketing initiatives and lead generation activities for global markets.
7. Reporting & Performance Management
Track and report sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and market performance.
Prepare monthly sales reports and strategic updates for leadership.
Analyze sales data to optimize pricing, product positioning, and sales strategy.
8. Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, production, supply chain, and marketing teams to deliver
customer solutions.
Align international sales initiatives with overall business growth strategy.
Qualifications
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
Experience
7 – 12 years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales
Experience handling USA / Latin America market
Experience in Electrical Components / EV, Solar Connectors / PDU / Data Centre / Industrial
products / OEM sales
Proven track record of achieving export revenue targets
Required Skills
Strong international business development and negotiation skills

Knowledge of export processes, international logistics and trade compliance
Strong presentation and communication skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
