Job Description: US - IT Bench Sales Recruiter.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter/US IT Recruiter to join our team at Vision Xperts Inc. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates on bench. This role requires excellent communication and marketing skills, as well as knowledge of US Visa processes and regulations.

Qualifications And Skills:

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong marketing skills

· Time management and multitasking abilities

· Knowledge of US Visa processes and regulations is a plus

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Experience in recruiting or bench sales is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities:

· Source and screen job applications for bench positions

· Maintain a strong network of consultants and vendors

· Market bench candidates to prospective clients

· Manage end-to-end bench recruitment process

· Ensure compliance with US Visa processes and regulations

· Track and maintain data using Microsoft Excel

· Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements

· Provide timely updates to clients and consultant.

- Job Type: Full-time

- Location - Ability to commute/relocate:

Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Shift availability: Night Shift (Required)

- Work Location: In person

- Fixed Salary + Performance based Incentives.
