1) Focus on revenue growth hacks through business development. 2) Responsible for new outlet scouting & set up ops team 3) Overlook the process of getting required licenses for new outlets 4) New staff induction & weekly review with outlet team 5) Ensure 100% adherence to SOP and compliance at all the city outlets 6) Review the customer feedbacks 7) Ensure review of processes and SOPs to bring in better efficiencies of operation 8) Drive the required change through surprise audits and personal visits 9) Work closely with RM, AM and DAM to achieve expected results 10) Possess decent knowledge of inventory management to be able to manage order inventory 11) Drive new initiatives & improvement through various motivating incentive plans 12) Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity 13) Work with brand team for marketing plan and execution. 14) Should be highly data driven and able to conclude strong insights and analytical reports 15) Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve data analysis, sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives 16) Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved 17) Plan, coordinate and direct business operations to ensure the achievement of company revenue goals and documentation of expenses 18) Provide feedback and make recommendations that increase the success of marketing efforts and the effectiveness of current marketing strategies at reaching target markets. 19) Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
