Finance Department for Following Positions

Requirements –

Sr Manager / Manager – Accounts – 1 No (more than 15 Years of Experience)

Dy Manager / Asst Manager – Accounts – 1 No (10 Years of Experience)

Sr Accounts Officer / Accounts Officer -1 No (7 Years of Experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of financial operations and employee relations. Responsibilities include the accurate and timely preparation and analyses of all facets of the financial operations, including financial statement preparation, cash management, budget preparation and analyses, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and all other fiscally related duties including other administrative duties as required.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash applications, collections, and payroll)

Responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial processing, month end close, cash management reports, and balance sheet reconciliation.

Responsible for cash management, including performing international wire transfers and maintaining lines of credit.

Well versed with Income Tax rules, filing of TDS returns.

Coordinate and direct the development and preparation of budgets, forecasts, and projections & determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.

Well-versed with GST related works.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reports, and various detailed analysis reports, including MIS.

Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles & Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills & Strong analytical and reasoning abilities with superior numeric skills & possess well-developed interpersonal and communication, verbal, and written skills. Must be highly motivated and can function independently and multi-task, must be detail oriented.

Expert computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook

Tally & TCS-ION accounting software knowledge be a positive aspect.

MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

A bachelor’s degree in commerce, M. Com/MBA Finance, CA Inter/ICWA Inter strongly preferred with experience in accounting/finance departments of corporate / educational repute.
