Full job description

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing & Creative Support Executive is responsible for supporting the company's digital marketing initiatives while assisting in the creation of creative content and marketing materials. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, generating customer engagement, supporting promotional campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all digital and offline channels

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, email, and online advertising platforms.
Manage and update company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create and schedule social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize activities to improve engagement and lead generation.
Support SEO and SEM initiatives to improve website traffic and online visibility.
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.

Creative Support

Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, product catalogs, and promotional materials.
Create visual content for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
Assist in product photography, video shoots, and content creation activities.
Edit images, videos, and creative assets using design software.
Ensure all creative materials comply with company branding guidelines.

Content Development

Develop engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather information for marketing and promotional activities.
Support the preparation of presentations, company profiles, and promotional materials.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in Digital Marketing or Graphic Design is an added advantage.
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Content Creation, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
