EY - GDS Consulting – GRC Technology – EnterpriseGRC – Archer - Senior
As EY GDS Consulting Senior, you’ll contribute technically to GRC Technology client engagements and internal projects. You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for EY within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.

We’re looking for Consultants with expertise in Enterprise GRC to join our international network of GRC Technology professionals helping our clients transform risk functions and implement technology solutions that support risk management and governance. Your key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the team on project activities.
- Provide support and guidance within the team, ensuring effective communication.
- Help prepare responses to RFPs and create client demonstration POCs.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with clients.
- Manage and monitor the team's delivery of project tasks.
- Mentor team members on project execution.
- Communicate with clients as needed.
- Flexibility to travel to client locations when needed.
- Understand project requirements, assign tasks, and report on progress.
- Document project processes and outcomes.
- Ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Uphold quality standards for the project.
- Follow EY policies for time and leave management.
- Assist the Project Lead in managing project success.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
- Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

To qualify for the role, you must have-
- 3-7 years of Archer implementation/Archer managed services and advisory experience in GRC Domain.
- Should have completed at least 3 end to end implementations for Archer GRC.
- Hands-on experience in configuring on-demand applications and all configurable items including Fields, Data Driven Events, Notifications, Access Roles, Workspace, Dashboard, iViews, Advanced workflow etc
- Hands-on experience on Questionnaire, Custom Object, Campaigns, Reports, Mail Merge
- Experience in integrating Archer with 3rd Party applications using Data Feeds, APIs, Data Publications.
- Should have knowledge about Archer OOB Solutions/Use cases.
- Experience/knowledge of working on managed services/production support.
- Knowledge of Archer Installation and server maintenance of single host/multi host environments Hands-on troubleshooting experience on Archer Control Panel.
- Basic understanding of GRC domain including Information Security and Risk Management.
- Good understanding of technology platforms and risk management practices
Ideally, you should also have
- B.E/B.Tech. (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MBA with a minimum of 3-7 years of experience with other Big3 or panelled SI/ ITeS companies
- Demonstrated experience in delivery management and client management.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and .net/c# programming
- Knowledge of innovative technologies like Analytics technologies (for e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Python) will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to other eGRC tools like MetricStream, Service Now GRC, IBM OpenPages
Certifications
- Archer 5.x/6.x Certified Security Professional
- Information Security or Risk Management certifications would be add-ons.
