Full job description

We are looking for creative, multi-platform Content Creation Interns who can script, produce, and distribute compelling digital content that drives engagement and brand authority for Tierce India and its global client portfolio.

The modern content intern is a one-person production studio — scripting edutainment videos, generating AI-enhanced visuals, repurposing long-form content into micro-content, and tracking performance with data-driven precision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Script, film (mobile-first), edit, and publish short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Use AI tools for scriptwriting (ChatGPT/Claude), visual generation (Adobe Firefly/Midjourney), and text-based video editing (Descript).
Create scroll-stopping carousels and thumbnails in Canva Magic Studio or Figma.
Repurpose long-form content (blogs, YouTube videos) into 10+ micro-content pieces for different platforms.
Write platform-specific copy: LinkedIn authority threads, witty X posts, SEO-optimised Instagram captions.
Manage content calendars using Notion, Trello, or Monday.com.
Ensure all music, stock footage, and AI assets are commercially licensed.
Build weekly 1-page performance summaries explaining what worked and why.
Maintain a competitor swipe file of successful content in relevant niches.
Align all content with brand voice guidelines across multiple client accounts.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

Short-Form Video Production: End-to-end: scripting, mobile filming, editing, subtitling (CapCut / Premiere Rush).
AI Content Augmentation: ChatGPT/Claude (scripts), Adobe Firefly (visuals), ElevenLabs (voiceovers), Descript (editing).
Visual Design Basics: Canva Magic Studio or Figma for carousels, thumbnails, and branded assets.
Platform-Specific Writing: Adapting one message for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube simultaneously.
Content Repurposing: Slicing one long-form piece into 10+ micro-content assets.
SEO Basics: Keyword usage in video titles, descriptions, alt-text, and captions.

PREFERRED SKILLS (THE 2026 EDGE)

Descript: Text-based video editing for rapid production workflows.
ElevenLabs: AI voiceover generation for scalable audio content.
Mobile Cinematography: Natural vs. ring lighting, Rule of Thirds, and on-the-go filming.
Trend Jacking: Identifying trending sounds/formats Monday and having brand-safe versions ready by Tuesday.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Film/Media, or related field.
Self-taught creators with an active content portfolio are equally welcome.
