Job Description – Sales Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage customer requirements effectively.
Regular follow-up on sales inquiries and ongoing business opportunities.
Coordinate with Sales Representatives and internal factory teams including Production, Dispatch, and Quality departments.
Manage schedules for all customer orders placed.
Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery as per schedule.
Follow up with customers for pending payments.
Maintain regular communication with customers for repeat and subsequent orders.
Arrange and coordinate samples for new customers.
Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments for order execution.
Maintain proper records of orders, dispatch schedules, and customer communications.

Required Skills

Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong follow-up and time management abilities.
Basic knowledge of order processing and logistics coordination.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Customer handling and relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic reporting functions.
Problem-solving and time management skills.
