Qualification:
1. Graduation / Post graduation in IT or Graduate / Post graduation in any other stream with diploma / certificate course in IT from a reputed institute.
2. Candidate should have 1 to 3 years of hands on training experience.
3. Good communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
4. Should be willing to travel to any part of India to conduct the training if required.
5. Should be keen to learn new and different things, takes initiative and must be assertive go-getter.
6. Knowledge of modern security & authorization mechanisms.
7. Should be proficient in below specified technologies (Note: 1-3 are essential and 1 other technologies)

Responsibility :
Content creation, preparing training material i.e. presentations, worksheets, lab session and minor & major projects in consultation with SME and assist in Infrastructure/Lab setup as and when required.
1.Developing, understanding and implementing different methods of measuring the effectiveness of training programs
2. Delivering lectures on tech stack & conducting online/offline lab sessions
3. Provides Career Counseling and mentor the students
4. Developing training programs according to requirements
5. Observe and evaluate results of training programs
6. Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
7. Conducting technical training for fresher & experienced resources
8. Work in an agile environment with the defined sprints to deliver the assigned work in the stipulated timelines
9. Adhere to software technical training best practices and coding standards and participate in the refinement of those practices and standards to improve quality and productivity
