Education: B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Language Requirement: Kannada and English

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience to support project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination and communication skills, be fluent in Kannada, and have a B.Tech degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE). The role involves working closely with project managers, engineers, clients, vendors, and field teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Coordination

Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing project activities.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Track project progress and escalate issues when necessary.
Support resource allocation and scheduling activities.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and project records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.
Update project trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Ensure all project documents are accurate and up to date.
Assist in preparing project presentations and client reports.

Vendor & Site Coordination

Coordinate with vendors for material procurement and delivery schedules.
Track inventory and project-related materials.
Support site teams by ensuring timely availability of resources.
Monitor vendor performance and service quality.

Required Skills

Project coordination and project management support.
Strong communication skills in Kannada and English.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of project tracking tools and reporting systems.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Time management and attention to detail.
Team collaboration and stakeholder management.

Preferred Technical Skills

Basic understanding of electrical systems and EEE concepts.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Experience with ERP, SAP, or project management software is preferred.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).

Experience Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Executive, Project Support Engineer, or related role.
Experience in infrastructure, electrical, telecom, construction, energy, or engineering projects is preferred.
