Primary Responsibilities:

Work within Scrum teams to support QA tasks
Fast learner, clear communication and executing the work assigned is critical
Participate in discussions with the project team to analyze the functional and nonfunctional requirements of the solutions in Agile methodology
Perform manual/automated testing and log detailed defects in Rally
Design and develop scalable, flexible, and cross-platform automation tests
Provide support in designing and execution of Performance tests based on Nonfunctional requirements
Design and develop test approaches, test strategies, and test plans to ensure testing is right sized and risk-based testing principles are applied
Participate in technical design reviews and be able to identify requirements ambiguity
Provide QA status reports and escalate issues/risks in a timely manner to management for resolution
Be responsible for ongoing continuous improvement to build testing efficiency and effectiveness using innovative QA practices
Work closely with development and business partners during design and grooming sessions
Review requirements and provide level of effort for various phases of testing
Works with less structured, more complex issues
Serves as a resource to others
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Working Knowledge of AI/ML technologies with AI certifications
8+ years of hands-on experience in Automation testing to test both UI and API
8+ years of experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
8+ years of experience in Smoke, Functional, Regression, End to End scenario testing ,System Testing, Database Testing & UAT Testing
4+ years in hands-on experience on supporting Performance testing using JMeter or Load Runner
2+ years of hands-on experience in using AI tools like Accelq
Experience working in a CI/CD environment like Jenkins for executing automated tests
Experience working with Agile Methodologies and Rally

Excellent understanding of SDLC and automated QA processes in Agile development environments
