About the Role
We're looking for a creative, execution-focused Social Media Manager Intern who can take complete ownership of TRIK's social media presence—from strategy and content planning to design, video editing, publishing, community engagement, and campaign execution.
This is not a role where you'll simply receive tasks every day. We're looking for someone who understands social media, knows what performs, proactively brings ideas to the table, and takes ownership of growing the brand.
You'll work closely with the founder and the performance marketing team to ensure content, launches, and paid campaigns work together seamlessly.
This is a 3-month paid internship designed to give you real ownership from day one. High-performing candidates will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role at the end of the internship.
What You'll Own
You will be responsible for managing TRIK's complete social media presence.
This includes:
- Social media strategy
- Monthly content planning
- Graphic design
- Video editing
- Content creation
- Content publishing
- Community management
- Campaign coordination
- Brand consistency
- Content performance analysis
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Management
- Own and manage TRIK's social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Create content pillars and campaign ideas.
- Stay updated with trends and identify opportunities to grow the brand.
- Ensure consistency in the brand's tone, messaging, and visual identity.
- Track performance and continuously improve content strategy.
2. Graphic Design
- Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, and reel covers.
- Create promotional creatives for launches, offers, and campaigns.
- Design WhatsApp creatives, email graphics, banners, and other marketing assets.
- Maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
- Work primarily on Canva. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
3. Video Editing
- Edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Add captions, transitions, music, and motion graphics where appropriate.
- Repurpose content into multiple formats.
- Optimize videos for engagement and performance.
4. Content Creation & Execution
- Coordinate and execute content shoots.
- Help plan and storyboard reels and video concepts.
- Coordinate with creators, photographers, and freelancers when required.
- Be willing to step in wherever needed to ensure content gets created.
- Ensure a consistent pipeline of quality content throughout the month.
5. Campaign Coordination
Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to:
- Plan product launches.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns.
- Develop ad creatives.
- Ensure campaigns are launched on schedule.
- Align organic content with paid advertising.
6. Community Management
- Schedule and publish content.
- Monitor comments and messages.
- Engage with the community professionally.
- Help build an authentic and engaged audience around the brand.
7. Analytics & Improvement
- Track content performance.
- Monitor engagement and growth metrics.
- Share monthly insights and recommendations.
- Continuously test and improve content ideas.

Requirements
Must Have
- Fresh graduates or 1–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing.
- Strong Canva skills with a good eye for design.
- Good video editing skills using mobile or desktop software.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to speak and understand Telugu.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to take ownership and solve problems.
- Own a personal laptop.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup.
Huge Plus If You Have
- An Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn page that you've grown yourself.
- Experience creating high-performing or viral content.
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects skills.
- Photography or videography skills.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads.
- Experience working with D2C, FMCG, or food brands.

- Only want to edit videos.
- Prefer receiving detailed instructions for every task.

Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off
We value work-life balance and respect work hours. However, occasional flexibility may be required during product launches, content shoots, or campaigns, with prior communication.
Internship & Growth Opportunity
This internship is designed as a pathway to a full-time role.
Over the course of three months, you'll own real campaigns, contribute to product launches, and help shape the brand's online presence. You'll receive direct feedback while working closely with the founder and gain practical experience that most internships don't offer.
