Job Description – Collection ExecutivePosition: Collection Executive

Location: Kendrapara, Odisha
Department: Collections
Experience: Minimum 6 Months (NBFC/Banking/Finance experience preferred)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
CTC: Best in Industry

Registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), KAFL has a strong network of over 100 branches across 14 states, providing reliable and customer-focused financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with customers for timely EMI collections.
Visit customers in the assigned territory to recover overdue payments.
Ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts while maintaining healthy customer relationships.
Resolve customer payment-related queries professionally.
Achieve monthly collection targets assigned by the management.
Maintain accurate collection records and update the system regularly.
Coordinate with the Branch Manager and Credit Team regarding overdue accounts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in the assigned field area.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone applications.
Knowledge of the local language (Odia) is mandatory.
Valid two-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

Minimum 6 months of experience in Collections, Recovery, Banking, NBFC, Microfinance, or Field Operations.
Experience in vehicle finance or three-wheeler finance will be an added advantage.
