Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive experience while efficiently managing front desk operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front office.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes when required.
Coordinate with different departments for visitor inquiries and internal communication.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document management.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Assist HR and Administration with onboarding documentation, attendance records, and other administrative activities.
Handle basic customer queries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and customer data.
Support office management with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
0–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Administrative Assistant.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Time management and attention to detail.

Working Hours

Full-time
Monday to Saturday (or as per company policy)
