Full job description

We are currently hiring for the position of EAM F & B for a luxury hotel in Chennai. This Executive Assistant Manager, Food & Beverage role is critical in overseeing all aspects of our diverse food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving financial performance. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in luxury hospitality, capable of inspiring a large team and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. CTC upto 24L.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all Food & Beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, banqueting, room service, and catering operations.
Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and optimize operational efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Manage F&B budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring cost control, revenue generation, and profitability targets are met.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining impeccable standards across all F&B areas.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to continuously refine and improve F&B offerings.
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to create exciting menus, promotions, and dining experiences.
Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining high levels of guest loyalty.
Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for the hotel's overall operations.
