Office Boy / Peon

Admin Executive / HR Executive / Office Manager

Job Summary

The Office Boy / Peon is responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, assisting with day-to-day office operations, handling documents, serving refreshments, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesDaily Office Maintenance

Open and close the office as instructed.
Maintain cleanliness of office premises, workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and reception area.
Ensure washrooms and pantry remain clean and hygienic throughout the day.
Arrange office furniture and meeting rooms when required.

Pantry & Hospitality

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, guests, and clients.
Maintain cleanliness and stock of pantry items.
Inform the Admin department about shortages of pantry supplies.

Office Assistance

Deliver files, documents, and parcels within the office or to external locations.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, binding, and filing documents.
Support departments in routine office work as assigned.
Handle courier dispatch and collection.

Housekeeping & Inventory Support

Monitor and report requirements for office stationery, cleaning materials, drinking water, and pantry supplies.
Assist in receiving office materials and arranging them properly.
Help maintain office assets in good condition.

Required Qualifications

Minimum: 10th Pass (Higher qualification preferred).
Basic ability to read and write in English, Hindi, or the local language.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills Required

Good communication and polite behavior.
Punctual and disciplined.
Honest, trustworthy, and responsible.
Physically fit for office-related tasks.
Ability to follow instructions and complete work efficiently.
Basic knowledge of office etiquette.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
