Full job description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to design and develop engaging, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user experience principles, modern UI design, and front-end development technologies to create responsive and accessible applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to improve product experience.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
Develop responsive and interactive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered designs.
Ensure consistency by maintaining and following design systems and style guides.
Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Identify usability issues and recommend improvements.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and usability standards.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design techniques.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with prototyping, animation, and interaction design.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Basic knowledge of back-end technologies and APIs is an advantage.
