Job Summary

The Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests, managing restaurant reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and a professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
Coordinate table allocation with the restaurant team.
Answer guest inquiries regarding menu items, restaurant facilities, and services.
Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.
Assist in special events, promotions, and guest engagement activities.
Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times.
Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
Freshers or candidates with prior experience in hospitality are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and professional grooming standards.
Basic computer knowledge and reservation handling skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
