COTS Thiruvalla is looking for an organized, proactive, and reliable Office Assistant to join our team at our professional office space in Thiruvalla. In this role, you will directly support our financial advisory team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and clients receive top-tier service.

As an Office Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to assist the firm's senior consultants and financial professionals with administrative tasks, client coordination, and file management. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to work closely with industry experts in a dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Advisor Support: Assist the firm's financial consultants with scheduling, preparing basic documentation, and keeping track of administrative tasks.
Administrative Operations: Handle phone calls, follow up with clients, maintain daily office organisation, manage physical and digital files, and coordinate document handling.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting / Probation Salary: ₹12,000 per month.
Allowances & Support: Travel Allowance provided, OR Accommodation can be arranged for candidates relocating from other regions.
