About the Role
Cafe XO is looking for an energetic and confident Marketing Assistant to generate corporate snack box orders from companies, offices, educational institutions, hospitals, and business establishments across Chennai.
The ideal candidate should enjoy meeting clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit corporate offices and business establishments daily.
- Promote Cafe XO's snack boxes, tea-time combos, breakfast boxes, and meeting refreshments.
- Generate new corporate clients and maintain existing relationships.
- Collect enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and operations team for smooth order execution.
- Conduct product sampling and distribute brochures when required.
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain customer database.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat business.
Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Friendly, confident, and presentable personality.
- Willingness to travel across Chennai.
- Freshers are welcome; prior sales or marketing experience is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Performance Targets
- Visit 15–20 companies daily.
- Generate 5–10 qualified leads per day.
- Convert a minimum of 15–20 corporate orders per month.
- Build long-term relationships with HR, Admin, Purchase, and Facility teams.
