We are looking for a data-driven, highly technical US Outbound Growth Hacker & Lead Generation Specialist to build and run an organic B2B prospecting engine from scratch—without spending a single dollar on paid advertising. Your sole mission is to find, extract, and clean high-intent US prospects online, systematically warm up alternative domains, and land qualified discovery meetings with US CMOs, VCs, Founders, and Growth Heads.
Key Responsibilities1. Advanced Online Prospecting & Data Sourcing (40%)
- Targeted Data Mining: Mine the web to build highly accurate lists of target companies in the US (Fintech, B2B SaaS, and E-commerce) using tools like Apollo.io, Crunchbase, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Trigger-Event Sourcing: Find and target companies experiencing specific growth events that mean they have budget to spend:
- Funding Triggers: Scrape lists of US companies that recently closed Seed, Series A, or Series B funding rounds.
- Hiring Triggers: Monitor US job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs) to find companies looking for full-time growth or automation talent, pitching GRK Ads as the immediate plug-and-play solution.
- Tech-Stack Triggers: Use BuiltWith or Wappalyzer to identify US websites using premium software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) but missing critical performance tracking or conversion optimization tools.
- Data Enrichment & Cleaning: Build advanced automated workflows (using Clay or PhantomBuster) to find the personal business email addresses and LinkedIn profiles of specific decision-makers (CMOs, VPs of Marketing).
- List Validation: Run all scraped contacts through verification tools (NeverBounce or MillionVerifier) to eliminate bad data and keep database bounce rates strictly under 2%.
2. Outbound Infrastructure & Deliverability Engineering (30%)
- Domain & Inbox Management: Purchase, set up, and manage 10 to 30 alternative secondary domains strictly for cold outreach to protect GRK Ads' primary corporate domain.
- Technical Authentication: Flawlessly configure DNS records, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, across all outbound sending profiles.
- Inbox Warmup Maintenance: Manage continuous, automated email warmup pools (using platforms like Smartlead.ai or Instantly.ai) to guarantee consistent inbox placement and keep spam rates below 1%.
3. Campaign Execution & Content Distribution (30%)
- High-Conversion B2B Copywriting: Write highly specific, conversion-driven cold email sequences tailored to the fast-paced US business culture (keeping emails under 100 words, focused entirely on a low-friction value hook or quick video teardown).
- Omnichannel Sequences: Coordinate email campaigns alongside automated, personalized LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach touches.
- The Conversion Handoff: Manage initial interest and positive replies aggressively, turning a warm text reply into a scheduled calendar booking directly for our sales team.
Profile Requirements & Technical DNA
- The US Track Record: 3 to 5 years of proven experience running successful B2B lead generation and outbound campaigns directly targeting the North American market. You must be able to show past campaign dashboards with high open rates (greater than 60%) and steady reply rates.
- The Sourcing & Scraping Tool Stack: Complete mastery over modern lead-finding tech:
