Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with strong exposure to the ICT industry who can develop and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate qualified enterprise leads, and support business growth.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital campaigns, SEO, SEM, LinkedIn advertising, marketing automation, content marketing, website optimization, analytics, and partner marketing while working with enterprise technology companies.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Strategy· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. · Build digital campaigns promoting Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, Networking, SD-WAN, Data Center, AI, and Enterprise IT Solutions. · Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve customer engagement and online visibility. · Develop annual and quarterly digital marketing roadmaps.
2. Lead Generation & Demand Generation· Generate qualified enterprise leads through digital channels. · Manage lead generation campaigns using LinkedIn, Google Ads, Email Marketing, SEO, PPC, webinars, landing pages, and marketing automation. · Optimize campaign performance to improve Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). · Track lead conversion and campaign ROI.3. Website & SEO Management· Own the company website and improve user experience. · Develop SEO strategies to improve search rankings. · Optimize service pages for Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, Networking, AI Solutions, Data Centre, and Global Connectivity. · Improve website traffic, enquiry conversion, and landing page performance.4. Social Media & Brand Building· Manage LinkedIn, YouTube, and other professional platforms. · Plan and execute social media campaigns. · Build employer branding initiatives. · Increase follower engagement and brand awareness
