Full job description

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive / IT Support professional to provide day-to-day technical assistance to employees, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and hardware. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and email-related issues.
Set up user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Install and configure antivirus software and ensure system security.
Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and IT services.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Assist employees with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
Support onboarding and offboarding by setting up or disabling user accounts and devices.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook.
Familiarity with Active Directory is an advantage.
Knowledge of printer configuration and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of hardware repair and maintenance.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple support requests.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or IT Administration.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
