We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team and support our lead generation and customer engagement efforts.

Job Description

We are seeking a confident and motivated Telecaller Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain company services and offers to prospects.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule meetings, appointments, or callbacks.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team when required.

Requirements

Minimum 10th/12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
Good communication skills in Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

Previous telecalling or customer service experience.
Knowledge of CRM software.
Basic understanding of sales and lead generation.
