Job Title: Interior Designer
Company: D'LIFE Home Interiors
Location: Mumbai & Pune
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–5 Years
Age Requirement: 21–28 Years

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-focused Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative abilities, a clear understanding of client needs, and hands-on experience in developing layouts and coordinating with execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and design efficient and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces
Create detailed 2D drawings for assigned projects
Interpret client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions
Maintain organized records for each client and track daily progress updates
Visit project sites for measurements and better project understanding
Develop furniture layouts and finalize soft furnishing selections
Prepare electrical layout drawings based on approved designs
Secure client approval for Layout and Item List (LIL) before starting detailed drawings
Obtain internal approval from the Design Manager before client presentations
Work closely with the 3D Visualizer to develop realistic design views
Revise drawings based on feedback and project needs
Prepare accurate cost estimations for projects
Share finalized drawings with the production team/factory
Coordinate with execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and gather feedback post-completion

Required Skills:

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Goal-driven mindset with attention to detail
Effective time management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design tools
