Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Intern to join our digital marketing team. This internship is designed for individuals who want to build a career in performance marketing and gain hands-on experience with live advertising campaigns.

The selected candidate will work closely under the guidance of our Performance Marketing Head, learning industry best practices while contributing to real client and in-house projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, creating, and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Support campaign optimization to improve performance and ROI.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
Assist in creating ad copies and coordinating with the design team for creatives.
Track campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
Learn conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
Support A/B testing of advertisements and landing pages.
Assist in campaign budgeting and performance analysis.
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and paid advertising.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field.

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
