Position Summary
The Experience Centre Executive will be responsible for the overall management, presentation, and day-to-day operations of the Lutron Experience Centre. The role is customer-facing and requires a highly professional individual who can effectively demonstrate Lutron's lighting control systems, motorised shades, architectural lighting solutions, and smart building technologies to customers, consultants, architects, interior designers, developers, and channel partners.
The individual will act as a brand ambassador for IDEAA-Z, ensuring that every visitor has an engaging, informative, and world-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Demonstrations
- Welcome and host customers, architects, consultants, interior designers, builders, developers, and corporate clients visiting the Experience Centre.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations covering:
- Lutron Athena Lighting Management System
- Lighting Controls
- Motorised Shades
- Residential Smart Home Solutions
- Architectural Lighting Solutions
- Integrated Automation Solutions
- Explain product features, benefits, applications, and differentiators.
- Tailor demonstrations according to the customer's industry and project requirements.
- Coordinate demonstrations for domestic and international visitors.
Experience Centre Operations
- Ensure the Experience Centre remains fully functional and presentation-ready at all times.
- Monitor the operation of all lighting controls, motorised shades, AV equipment, displays, and demonstration systems.
- Perform daily opening and closing checklists.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and promptly report any technical issues.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, ambience, and product presentation.
Visitor Management
- Prepare customised demonstration agendas.
- Maintain a visitor register and CRM database.
- Collect visitor feedback and prepare visit reports.
- Coordinate hospitality arrangements for guests.
Sales & Business Support
- Support the sales team during customer visits.
- Identify customer requirements and communicate opportunities to the respective sales teams.
- Assist in preparing demonstration scenarios aligned with ongoing projects.
- Coordinate follow-up actions after customer meetings.
Product & Technical Knowledge
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of:
- Lutron Lighting Control Systems
- Motorised Shade Systems
- Architectural Lighting Products
- Smart Home Solutions
- IoT-based Lighting Solutions
- Continuously update knowledge on new product launches and technologies.
- Attend product training sessions and certifications as required.
Inventory & Asset Management
- Maintain records of all demonstration products and equipment.
- Track marketing materials, brochures, samples, and catalogues.
- Coordinate replacement of defective demonstration products.
- Ensure all assets are properly maintained and accounted for.
Events & Marketing Support
- Coordinate product launches, seminars, workshops, and customer events.
- Assist in organising consultant meets, architect events, and training programmes.
- Support marketing initiatives conducted at the Experience Centre.
- Coordinate photography, videos, and social media activities during events.
Administration & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering:
- Visitor statistics
- Customer feedback
- Demonstrations conducted
- Maintenance activities
- Improvement recommendations
- Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in customer experience, showroom management, technical sales, or luxury retail.
- Experience in lighting, automation, electrical systems, AV, or smart home solutions will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
