Technical Support – Level 1 at MNJ SOFTWARE, you will participate in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables of custom projects and products of MNJ SOFTWARE. The role includes working closely with lead, testers, customers, project/product managers and designers.

Full time [Monday – Friday]. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6am - 10pm IST) or (6pm to 6am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime [unpaid].
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
Technical/Functional Skills
At least 2-3 years of experience with cPanel/WHM & the web hosting industry.
- Have an understanding of different hosting products such as Shared, Reseller, and VPS.
- Have experience with common web hosting environment; CloudLinux, cPanel/WHM, Softaclous, WHMCS, Kayako help desk.
- Have a firm understanding of open source software such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.
- Able to quickly and efficiently handle a variety of common web hosting related issues such as CMS installation, diagnosing common HTTP error codes, DNS Zone configuration, FTP connection, Email client configuration, diagnosing PHP-based errors, MySQL configuration, setting up cron-jobs and other common cPanel-based tasks.
- Have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Comfortable speaking with customers via telephone, ticket and live chat.
