We're Hiring: Sales Executive (Fresher) – Software Services

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (On-site)

What You'll Do

Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Schedule and participate in product demonstrations with senior sales team members.
Generate and qualify leads for business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow up with prospects and maintain sales records in the CRM.
Learn and promote our Software Development, ERP, CRM, SaaS, AI, Automation, and Digital Transformation services.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Who Can Apply?

MBA (Marketing/Sales) or BBA/B.Com/BCA/Any Graduate with excellent communication skills.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
Interest in Software/IT Sales is a plus.
